   Hi Everyone:

   I need some help in restarting another Dipsters game, flyboy00 on USOS.

   This game was "open" to Dipsters players as well as non-Dipsters with good ontime records.
   Our non-Dipster Tsar couldn't stay around.

   This is a 24-hour No-Press Modern game with deadlines on weekdays only. Please read the Gamelisting before joining.
